Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH)

It is a requirement under English licensing laws that those authorising the sale or supply of alcohol should hold a personal licence.

The QNUK Level 2 Award for Personal Licence holders (RQF) will enable those that complete the qualification to apply to their local authority for a licence.

The APLH personal licence course is a legal requirement for people involved in the sale of alcohol.

PERSON LICENCE APPLICATION PROCESS 

You must apply to the licensing authority of the district or borough in which you live, not where you work. You can find your local authority by entering your postcode here.
 

The requirements for a successful Personal Licence application are as follows:

  • Original Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders certificate
