This 6 hour course will give teachers, childminders, parents and all those who have contact with children the understanding and knowledge to help detect, prevent and deal with sign of abuse and the many forms it takes.
We will look at how to safeguard you as a childcare provider and when and how to report abuse to ensure no child ever goes unnoticed and do not "slip through the net" which includes information sharing and how this effects you.
This course also includes recognition of FGM and Radicalisation, which are often not covered in courses.
